The magnesium sleep cream helped me relieve my leg cramps at night. I made applying the cream to the back of my legs and the bottom of my feet part of my routine before bed every night. The Magnesium cream also helps on bruises and other areas of pain like my shoulder.
It really helps me get a well-rested night. i dont have a problem falling sleep...but my nights have been restless. this cream has been fantastic!
My new addition to my nighttime routine! I was So excited to find a magnesium without lavender, as someone who is allergic it is surprisingly hard to find. I got Some samples from Ryanne and loved the product and bought the bigger version. I apply the magnesium right before bed and have stopped waking up the random few times a night I had been before using it. I also Love the little chapstick I got As well!
I have been using the magnesium sweet cream: it is awesome. Magnesium pain, cream and the magnesium/cayenne pain cream are both wonderful relieving muscle aches/pain.
I have been using the Magnesium unscented sleep cream for a few months now and I have finally been sleeping well! Not only does putting this cream on the soles of my feet help me sleep, it also relaxes the muscles in my feet. I will sometimes put it on my neck or other places I feel tension, and the muscles relax. I like the unscented lotion the best.

We found Taspen's at our local farmers market and what started out as a test purchase ended up being something I can't live without. In fact my husband and daughter both now use it every night. I even purchase this as gifts for friends who I hear complain about not getting a good night's sleep. I have now bought and had this shipped to a friend in Tennessee and Texas. I don't know what magic is in this cream but it does help me get more restful sleep. Of course it doesn't stop me from getting bad night's of sleep if I am ill or have too much on my mind to fall asleep but when I do use it and sleep my sleep is that much better.

Unscented magnesium cream is like no other. It relaxes me to the point of heavenly bliss. My sleep pattern use to be so interrupted but since using this cream a sleep like a baby. It calms you down and your nervous system.
WOW! I stopped into the store in Golden to pick up some Dragonfly and picked up this Magnesium Sleep Cream as a sample. It is amazing! The calming effects are something my wife and I have never experienced. We sleep so much better and my wife gets a foot rub every night before bed time!
