Return/Exchange Policy's & Procedures

Retail Store or In-person event (ie farmer's market, festival, tradeshow or convention): If you ordered at one of our retail stores or at an in-person event please email us at info@taspens.com with any information you have on your purchase to initiate a return or exchange. If sending the product back please fill out this form and include it with the product: Retail store or in-person Event return/exchange form  or you can return the product to any of our locations

 

Taspen's Organics Return & Exchange Policy Statements

If you have purchased hand crafted products from Taspen's Organics that you do not absolutely LOVE, we want to continue to provide you a great experience with our company!

For Taspen's Organics & Dragonfly Botanicals handcrafted product returns:

If you are unsatisfied in any way, customers have 90 days from the time of purchase to receive a refund, exchange or Taspen's Organics credit in form of equal value to the products purchased, excluding shipping.  This includes all forms of sales: online, kiosk, market or in-store purchases. Complimentary products given at the time of purchase are not refundable & do not have any cash or credit value.

In most cases we will need the product returned to us by shipping it back to our headquarters or returning the product to one of our locations. If you received a damaged product or the wrong item then we will require a photo of the product to begin the exchange process.

If you received a free item on one or more items due to a promotion (Ex: Buy One Get One Free of equal or lesser value) then the total percentage discount will be applied to each individual item to determine the refund value for each item. 

If there are no physical signs of damage or spoilage to the product, and the exchange is subjective, customer are limited to one exchange of that product. 

All sales are final on all non-Taspen's Organics products.  

 

Returns After 90 days or 3 Months:

Please reach out to our customer service with the product issue and you may be eligible for store credit or exchange. 

We guarantee the quality of Taspen's Organics products for up until 2 years from the "Made On Date" listed on the bottom of the product on the lot label. After the two years the product is not eligible for exchange or credit. 

This return policy applies to Taspen's Organic's & Dragonfly Botanicals handcrafted products only.  All other products sold by Taspen's Organics, not crafted by Taspen's Organics, may not be refunded, exchanged or returned.

Free Products and Gift Items:

Gift item promotions are one per order or one per address unless otherwise specified. These are not eligible for return or exchange. 

If you received a free product as part of a promotion with purchase then the total discount of the purchase is applied to each item. If you return the product you purchased to receive a free item, you must return said free item for full refund of purchased product. If you wish to keep the free item and are not satisfied with the item you paid for, we will prorate your refund to reflect the purchase of your 'free' item.

Or you can email us at info@taspens.com or call 303-816-0429x1 with your name & order number(s) and what you would like to return. We will be happy to assist you with this process!

If you did not purchase the product online please fill out this form and include it with the product: Retail store or in-person Event return/exchange form Please send the product(s) that you are unsatisfied with along with the completed Return & Exchange Form & the original receipt back to:

When we receive the package, we will then either issue you a store credit, credit or an exchange (depending on date of purchase). Return process time is between 10-14  business days after we received your returned product. Taspen’s Organics recommends customers us USPS to return products. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.   

Lost Mail Procedure:

If a package has been lost in the mail and has not arrived within a 14 business day period from the time of shipment, we refer our customers to their local post office to find out if they may have kept it for unknown reasons or try and explain why it may be taking so long. Taspen's Organics has no control over package delivery after it leaves our production facility. 

All package & shipping concerns need to be addressed with Taspen's Organics customer service within a 30 day period from the time of shipment from our Conifer location.
