I decided to try the Menopause Support Magnesium sleep cream because I love the unscented version so much. I've been using it during my time of the month, since I am in perimenopause. It definitely helps me sleep. I'm not sure if it curbs other symptoms, but good sleep helps everything! The smell is predominantly clary sage, which is pleasant, though I still like the unscented version best.
I was reluctant to believe that rubbing this on the soles of my feet would provide more consistent sleep and reduce hot flashes which would interrupt said sleep. Well I'm a believer. It works. I also carry the majority of my stress at my neck and shoulders. Guess what?!? It works on that too.
I keep this gem in my nightstand and apply it to the soles of my feet and any spots that may be achy as part of my bedtime routine. I’ve noticed fewer disruptions and better sleep overall. Thank you, Taspen’s!!
