~2 cups of almond or coconut milk (unless you want the real thing!)
~2 cups of sliced frozen peaches
~1/2 tsp lemon juice
*Any other fruit you would like to add, such as mango, raspberries or blackberries
*You can also use goat milk yogurt in place of the milk
Put everything into a blender and garnish with nutmeg or mint.
